I'm in love with Life these days. I may have my ups and downs, but I hope that I can keep living life to the fullest. I want to be enchanted with the world and live with all the delicacy and finery of a fairy tale. Lolita fashion and literature are my means to that end. I'm interested in just about everything, and I love meeting new people and visiting new places. You'll find little pieces of what makes me "me" scattered throughout this blog. The memories I make are forever engraved within me. どうぞよろしく!

I don’t really know why I try to quietly fangirl.  It never works, and I just end up exploding fannishness to people who really have no idea/don’t care what I’m talking about *cough*cough*mom*cough*cough*

This time it’s In the Flesh, and I’m literally bursting with emotions over this entirely too short series.  I love the characters and the just all of it, and I really wasn’t expecting that at all. Please send help.

I was bored, so I decided to play around with some Gyaru style make-up (prolly not the best idea given how humid it’s been but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  ). I need to make under lashes my next purchase.  And I need lots more practice!  I’m not used to all the contouring and eyeliner involved!
I think this hoodie will work really well when I decide to try Amekaji!

Yesterday I went to a J-fashion meet-up! It was my first meet-up that wasn’t exclusively lolita, and I really had a nice time!  Seeing so many different styles all together in the same place was really inspiring. I came away really excited about possibly trying my hand at Amekaji :D
